PRODUCT TESTING:

Dermadeli Lavish Lip Collagen Serum ($28.99)

IMG_5528

I received this product in my Luxepineapple The Weekend Essentials Box. This lip product looks so awful. I was afraid to put it on my lips. However, it doesn’t taste bad or have a bad smell. It just looks bad. I have tried it a couple of times and didn’t notice any difference in my lips. It sinks into the lips quickly and that is about it. I will continue trying it for a month and see if I notice any difference. It is fairly pricey so I am hoping I will see improvement. This tube has a lot of product and you don’t need a lot so it will last me a long time.

Batiste Dry Shampoo Tropical ($5.99)

IMG_5619

I received this product (sample) in my March 2016 Beautyfix Box. I really enjoy Batiste dry shampoo. This one didn’t disappoint. It really removes the oil from my hair and gives me volume. I love this tropical scent and it is perfect for spring/summer. My hair looks and smells amazing. I also love that it is so affordable. This is the best drugstore dry shampoo that I have found.

Beautyblender Mico.Mini’s ($18)

IMG_6138

I received this product in my Spring BeautyCon BFF Box. I love these mico mini Beautyblender sponges so much. I didn’t think I would love them as much as I do. They do an amazing job at applying my concealer. My concealer went on flawlessly. I had no creasing and my under eye area looked so smooth. I will definitely continue using these to apply my concealer. I also love watching them blow up under water. I have no idea why that is so satisfying, but it is. I just love these cute little sponges.

HelloLegs Shaving Emulation Lotion ($19.95)

IMG_6203

I received this product in my Spring 2016 FabFitFun Box. This is fairly expensive for how small of a bottle it is. However, I really did enjoy it. It smells nice, but the scent doesn’t linger. It is a pretty subtle scent. My legs really did feel very smooth after using it and I had no cuts or bumps. You don’t need a ton of product and it really does lubricate my razor. I love it so much more than shaving cream. However, I don’t know if I would repurchase unless it was on sale.

Marrakesh Argan & Hemp Oil Therapy ($22.99)

IMG_6202

I received this product in my Spring 2016 FabFitFun Box. This oil is pretty great. You don’t need much at all and it smells nice. It isn’t an overly strong smell and I didn’t’ notice it lingering in my hair. I love the glass bottle so much. It was a little hard to pump out but it eventually came out. My hair did feel very soft after and it didn’t weigh my hair down at all. I don’t know if I would repurchase because I have so many hair oils I love. However, I did enjoy this one and I would recommend it.

It’s Skin Todak Todak Pack in Moisture ($4)

I received this product in my April 2016 Mishibox. I was so surprised when I opened it because I was not expecting it to be a green goo. It looks so cool and had a faint green apple scent. You apply to the face and leave it on for 20 minutes. It was fun to apply and wasn’t overly sticky. It also had an awesome warming sensation. I really enjoyed how it felt on my skin. It was easy to wash off and gave the face a nice warmth. I didn’t notice any difference in my skin, but it was so fun to use. It also didn’t irritate my skin. I would definitely use this pack again.

Marcelle 3-in-1 Micellar Solution ($21)

IMG_6363

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 Featured Birchbox. I am a huge fan of Micellar water. However, I didn’t like this one as much as the Garnier one. It is also much more expensive. It didn’t remove my eye makeup very easily and it did burn my eyes a little. Nothing too bad, but the Garnier Micellar Water doesn’t sting at all. I did manage to get my eye makeup off, but it took a lot of work and a lot of product. Overall, this Micellar solution is just okay and I wouldn’t repurchase. If you are looking for a great Micellar water, check out the Garnier one and it is much cheaper.

Laura Geller New York Baked Blush-n-Brighten in Tropic Hues ($28)

IMG_6364 IMG_6365

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 Featured Birchbox. This blush is just so gorgeous. It looks even more gorgeous on the cheeks. It is seriously the perfect spring blush. It adds a beautiful sheen/glow to the cheeks. You don’t need to use a highlighter unless you want to really glow. It lasted a decent amount of time on my cheeks and I will be using this constantly for spring. It would also make a gorgeous eyeshadow. It was so easy to apply and blend. I just love it so much!

Aquareveal Soft Water Peel for Face ($58)

I received this product (sample) in my 2nd April 2016 Birchbox. This is such a cool product. It is a gel that you apply to clean dry skin. Once you start massaging it into your skin, little beads of dead skin appear. It really exfoliates the skin so gently and effectively. My skin felt completely new. My dry patches were gone and my skin was so radiant. My skin also felt really tight which was awesome. I am a huge fan and if I find a good sale on this product, I will repurchase.

The Beauty Crop PBJ Smoothie Stick in Guava Nice Day ($14.95)

I received this product in my 2nd April 2016 Birchbox. I was really excited about this product because I love the lip color so much. However, I really wasn’t a huge fan of the formula. It was a bit blotchy on the lips and really hard to get a completely even application. Every time I put my lips together, the product would move from my top lip to my bottom lip. I really love the color just not a fan of the formula.

L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil  ($25)

IMG_6501

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 Allure The Beauty Box. This shower oil smells so amazing. Seriously, it smells amazing! It is a sweet, yet a bit sexy scent. It really does lather up a little and feels so amazing on the skin. My skin felt so hydrated and soft. I could get away with a very light moisturizer or no moisturizer at all. That is how good this shower oil is. I would definitely buy the FULL SIZE! I just can’t get over how amazing it smells and how great my skin feels when I use it. I love it!

Mally Evercolor Shaping Lip Pencil in Natural Red

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 Allure The Beauty Box. I was surprised at how creamy this liner is. It was so easy to apply and just glided on the lips. I really love the shade and it lasted a long time on the lips. You can definitely wear this eyeliner alone. It didn’t dry my lips out at all. I really enjoyed this lip liner and will continue using it.

IrisColors Matte Lipstick in Orange You Glad

I received this product in my April 2016 Tombox. This product is a complete miss for me. It looked so awful on my lips and gave them a metallic look. It also was so patchy and just doesn’t work with my skin tone at all. I had to remove it as soon as I applied it. It is creamy and easy to apply, but I just don’t like the color or the finish at all. This was a major fail for me.

Dermadeli Rejuvenating Toner ($18.99)

IMG_6455

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 Tombox. This is an okay toner. I love that it is a spray because I love facial sprays.  It has a very herbal scent and if you love herbal scents, you will love this toner. It does feel refreshing on my skin, but I didn’t notice any huge improvement in my skin. I don’t think I would buy the FULL SIZE, but I will use up this travel size.

Be A Bombshell Eyeliner in Daydreamer ($14)

I received this product in my April 2016 Tombox. I am not a huge fan of Be A Bombshell Cosmetics. However, I wanted to try this eyeliner because I love the silver shade. The formula wasn’t the best. I had to press really hard to get the product on my eyes. It swatches well but doesn’t show up on the eyes. It also didn’t stay on my waterline at all. I love the shade, but I don’t think I will be using this eyeliner often because the formula is not great. I also don’t like having to tug on my eyes.

Benton Honest Cleansing Foam ($9.98)

IMG_6475IMG_6585

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 3B Box. I love K-Beauty cleansers. However, I wasn’t a fan of this one. I hate the scent and it smells like feet. Luckily, the scent washes off. The cleanser really does foam up and it does feel amazing on the skin. It really hydrated my skin and left my skin feeling so clean. I wouldn’t buy the FULL SIZE because I just can’t stand the scent. It is such a shame because I love the product itself.

It’s Skin Color Play Powder Eyeshadow

I received this product in my April 2016 3B Box. This is such a beautiful antique gold eyeshadow. It is really pigmented and sparkly. It does have some fallout and it is a little bit powdery. However, it lasted on my eyes so I am okay with the powder. It was easy to blend and I just love the look it gave my eyes. I will definitely continue to use this shadow. It is just stunning!

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 3B Box. This cream was a yellow color which was fun. It is a fairly thick moisturizer which is perfect for the night. I don’t think I would use this as a daytime moisturizer. It felt amazing on my skin and didn’t break me out. I love moisturizing it is and my skin just looks so smooth. I would definitely consider purchasing the FULL SIZE.

Botanic Farm Natural Energy Mask in Rice ($2)

IMG_6474IMG_6587

I received this product in my April 2016 3B Box. I am a huge fan of sheet masks (as I have said 1,000 times). I liked this sheet mask and it was similar to most sheet masks. It fit nicely on the skin and was very wet. There was still a lot of product left over after the 20 minutes and it took awhile to rub in. However, my skin looked plumped and moisturized. It also wasn’t overly sticky which is always good. Overall, I really liked this sheet mask.

Adzuki Buffing Grains For Face ($14)

I received this product in my April 2016 Orglamix Box. This product is really cool. You mix a little bit of the grains with any cream cleanser and then apply to face. It is a very gentle scrub and feels great on the skin. I loved mixing the products together and loved how my skin felt after using it. You only need a tiny amount so this packet will last me a long time. It doesn’t have a strong scent and it really works well. If you are looking for a gentle scrub for your face, I think you would really enjoy this one. I will continue using it.

Diamond Strobing Powder ($18)

I received this product in my April 2016 Orglamix Box. Omgsh is this shade ever gorgeous! I am obsessed! I really didn’t think too much of it from the swatch. However, on the eyes it is stunning. I used it as an eyeshadow because I thought it was a bit chunky for a highlight. I really love the Orglamix pigments because they really aren’t too messy. This shade captures the light beautifully and I just love how it looks. I used it both dry and wet and love it both ways. It lasts forever on the eyes and I am going to be reaching for this product constantly when I want a ton of sparkle. I could go on forever about how much I love this pigment. I highly recommend Orglamix pigments!

I received this product in my April 2016 Orglamix Box. I am so impressed with these shadows. They really don’t have a crazy amount of fallout for being a pigment. I love this coral/pink sparkly shade so much. It was easy to blend and lasted all day on my eyes. It was just so easy to use and I achieved the look I wanted. This really is a quality pigmented and I want more of them!

April Showers Pure Mineral Eyeshadow ($12)

I received this product in my April 2016 Orglamix Box. I was unsure how I was going to like a dark pigment. I figured this would be so messy and hard to use. However, I was completely wrong. This pigment was so easy to use and blend. You can build it up to the intensity you want. A little looks almost like a deep brown shade and if you add more you can achieve a sexy smoky eye. This is just such an awesome pigment and I love how the look turned out. I have really been loving these Orglamix pigments.

Skin & CO Boosting Anti-Aging Serum ($70)

IMG_6464

I received this product (sample) in my April 2016 Ipsy Bag. This serum was nice, but nothing I would write home about. It is also very expensive and this tiny sample only has a couple of uses. It has a pretty strong perfume scent. I like it but if you don’t like perfume scents in your skincare, you will not like this one. My skin felt nice after using it and I didn’t have any allergic reaction to the product. I like it but not enough to spend $70 on it.

Starlooks “Jet” Luxe Longwear Eye Pencil ($16)

IMG_6467IMG_6664

I received this product in my April 2016 Ipsy Bag. I really didn’t expect much from this eyeliner and thought it was like any other black liner. However, this liner is extremely creamy. It is probably the creamiest eyeliner I have ever used. It is also “jet” black! It was so easy to apply and was almost too creamy. I ended up using an angled eyeliner brush to blend it out and get the perfect wing. It worked so well this way. The only negative I have is that this eyeliner does like to transfer and smudge on my lower lash line. It is almost like a gel eyeliner in a stick and it does dry down eventually. It is a good eyeliner, but I feel I will need to set it with a black eyeliner to stop the smudging.

This shade is stunning and I love how it looks on the lips. The product has a bit of a minty scent which I enjoy. It is so creamy and easy to apply. It doesn’t dry my lips out and it lasts a very long time on the lips. I really enjoy this formula and I am a fan.
