Attention Beauty Lovers! I just wanted to pop in really quick and tell you about an awesome product for itchy skin, tired feet, and razor burn. I suffer from all the above and it can be so annoying…especially in the winter. I was contacted by Columbia Skincare to test out their Antiseptic Powder. I was so skeptical at first because of all the strong claims. However, I decided I would give it a try. Continue reading to see my review on this product. Have you tried this powder? Columbia Skincare Antiseptic Powder:
As I mentioned above, I was really skeptical about this powder. It claims to relieve:
- Athlete’s Foot
- Chafing Dermatitis
- Decubital Ulcers
- Diaper Rash
- Insect Bites
- Jock Itch
- Sore, Tired Feet
- Poison Ivy, Oak, and Sumac
- Minor Cuts and Abrasions
- Razor Irritation
- Sunburn and Windburn
That is quite the list. I suffer from itchy skin (especially in the winter), tired feet, and razor irritation. I was really hoping this powder would help with at least one of these products. Did it? YES ALL THREE! I was just so impressed.
My legs were really itchy and I poured a little of this powder in my hands and rubbed it on the irritated spot. It instantly relieved the itch. I also tried it on my razor burn and I could see a reduction in bumps and a huge relief in the itch. I no longer claw up my legs. It even helped with my tired feet from from work. It is a bit cooling and very soothing on the feet.
The only down side is this product smells very medicinal. However, it is a medical product so that is to be expected. It smells like a sterile hospital. I don’t mind the smell because I was studying to be a doctor. It works and that is honestly all that matters. The smell does go away very quickly. You only need the smallest amount of powder to fix the problem. I love that a little goes a very long way. This bottle will last me forever. I am now a huge fan of this product and it will be on top of my vanity to use for just about anything. I love it!
