Hey Everyone! My Tip Tuesday this week is just a quick reminder to be positive. I know life can be extremely hard and depressing. Awful things happen every single day and it gets so hard to look on the bright side. Looking at the glass half full is easier said then done. However, being positive is a choice and a good choice at that. It is actually good for your health to be positive. So many studies have been done on the benefits of being positive. If I listed all the benefits, this post would be an entire series of books. Therefore, this week look on the bright side even when it is tough. Start your morning with writing down three positives. I do this every single day and it really helps me focus my mind. I feel like my days are better because I am focusing on the positive and not the negative. Simply writing down three positives every day will show you that there is a lot to be thankful for. A positive mindset will get you very far in life. So what are you waiting for?
