Hey beauty and fitness lovers! Please share any fitness and health tips that you find effective. Also, if you have any healthy recipes please share them too! This week is a quick Sunday Share. I just want to pop in and say make sure you are eating your greens and veggies everyday. I am so bad at remembering to eat vegetables. I love vegetables, but I love other food groups more. It just seems to slip my mind to put them on my plate. Therefore, this week I am going to challenge myself to eat more vegetables. You don’t have to try and eat a serving of veggies every meal. You can start small, which is what I am going to do. I am going to start by eating one vegetable a day. I will then work up to eating a veggie at each meal. Vegetables are one of the most important food groups and they contain many of the vitamins and minerals your body needs. They are also low in calories and fill you up. Do you enjoy vegetables?
