Hey Everyone! My Tip Tuesday this week is to try and cook at least one meal at home this week. This is a personal goal of mine this week and I thought I should share it with all ya’ll. I have totally been neglecting the health & fitness section of my blog. I want to get back on track and post more in that section. Therefore, I am going to try and cook at least one meal at home this week. My Pinterest food boards are calling my name and I have saved so many yummy recipes.
I have been so busy and totally procrastinating on cooking at home. Cooking your own food is so much better for your health and you can more easily portion your food. It also is less expensive and just all-around better for you. It is so much more convenient to eat out or get fast food. However, I find myself picking the unhealthy options and eating more than I should. Cooking at home ensures I won’t have a ton of options to pick from. I will eat healthier because what I fixed was healthy. Therefore, this week join me in cooking at least one meal at home. What are you planning on cooking this week? How often do you cook at home?
