A tip this week is to start writing down everything you eat. It is so important to watch what you are eating. Many times, you don’t realize how much you are eating or how many unhealthy options you are choosing. Having a food log can show you where you need to make healthy improvements. Start by writing down one meal a day. Then keep increasing each week until you are writing down everything you are eating. Click here for a printable food log that I use.
