Hey Everyone! My Tip Tuesday this week is to remember to RELAX! Life can be so overwhelming and busy at times. When life gets busy, we tend to forget to relax. It is so important to our health to relax and unwind. Find time everyday or a least a few times a week to just relax and to not worry about all the things that need to be done. Do something you love or have a pamper day. Journaling is also an awesome way to relax and reflect on your life and goals. What are some ways you relax? Do you make time for yourself? Ways To Relax: 

  • Read a book you have had your eye on
  • Have an at home spa day (and use all those products you have received or bought)
  • Do yoga
  • Journal
  • Work a couple hours on your favorite hobby
  • Make some jewelry
  • Find a DIY on Pinterest and recreate it
  • Cook a relaxing meal
  • Put on your favorite music and read your favorite magazine
  • Take a 20 minute nap
  • Watch Netflix
  • Play a game with your family
  • If you live next to a beach, walk along the beach
  • Go for a hike and see nature (take pictures!)
